Introducing the new Society Director – Clare Freeman

26th April 2017

Clare has recently moved to the area from Peterborough, where she previously worked for Nene Park Trust, a park charity, managing 1700 acres of public greenspace, with an emphasis on nature conservation, protecting heritage sites and connecting people with nature. Since moving north, she has been enjoying exploring new habitats, even in cold North Sea winds and atmospheric fog over the National Park!

Clare ‘is delighted to have been appointed as the new Society Director. I have been really impressed with the depth and breadth of interest and knowledge in natural history across the Society It has been so helpful to meet Society Members, Trustees, course leaders and partners. If you are passing the Society office at the Museum or see me at an event or on the reserve please do come and say hello and share your thoughts and ideas about the Society’.
