Cain is a Trustee who believes in sharing the magic of the natural world with people, hopefully inspiring them to venture outdoors for themselves.
From an early age he had a passion for ornithology, though this has grown into a broader understanding of the natural world, as a naturalist.
For the past seven years Cain has managed his own media production business, creating content for the Wildlife Trusts, RSPB, National Parks, English Heritage, NHSN, and a number of other organisations across the country. This has also involved roles as a specialist camera operator for the BBC, ITV, and Channel 5. This has led him to be involved with a variety of roles, conservation campaigns, digital technologies and media outlets.
He has also co-led Wild Intrigue, an eco-tourism social enterprise with an aim to inspire, educate, and rewild everyone. He lectures part-time at the University of Cumbria, as part of the BA (Hons) Wildlife Media team, teaching both media and conservation disciplines.
